Lisa Kain
Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and executive search, supporting a wide variety of industries including health care, professional consulting, financial services, legal, consumer products and manufacturing. Her staffing experience includes the full life-cycle recruitment efforts of entry to executive level roles in organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50. Having evaluated over 10,000 resumes, Lisa understands what makes an impact on a hiring manager and how to capture that information on a resume.
Prior to working at Jobbound, Lisa was employed as a Senior Staffing Consultant at Hewitt Associates where she was responsible for recruiting senior management positions. Earlier experiences include HR Management roles at Discover Financial Services and Zurich Scudder Investments. She also has experience as a Senior Associate in the Health Care Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, a premier executive search firm.
Lisa received a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University in Business Communications. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).

Michelle Keating
Michelle Keating has over 15 years of diverse human resources and financial experience within service, distribution and manufacturing industries. She has worked as both a human resource specialist and generalist with an emphasis in recruiting, training and performance consulting. Most recently, she worked for Hewitt Associates where she consulted with senior leadership to advance key initiatives including talent management, diversity and strategic outsourcing.
Since joining JobBound in 2005, Michelle has worked with hundreds of clients across a wide range of experience levels and industries.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. She later went on to complete her Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University in Chicago. She is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area.

Lynn Felter
Lynn Felter has over 15 years of human resource experience working with high tech, financial services, manufacturing, energy and education. Her background includes experience in recruiting, career counseling, labor law, training, and labor relations. Most recently, she worked for IBM and Lotus Development where her responsibilities included setting strategy for online recruitment.
Lynn studied at the University of Minnesota where she received a B.A. in Organizational Psychology, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and partial completion of an M.A. in Human Resource Management. Lynn has lived and worked in many places including San Francisco, Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Singapore and Manila. She serves on the boards of various charitable foundations.
Since joining JobBound, Lynn has worked with a diverse pool of clients in areas such as advertising, marketing, finance, non-profit, medicine, sales, and education.

Kelly Lincoln Falcone
Kelly brings over 15 years of professional experience in human resources, advertising, and career counseling to her position with JobBound.
As Senior Partner, Associate Director of Human Resources at MindShare, Kelly handled all levels of recruiting from entry level to senior management, employee relations, and compensation planning and analysis. Prior to her position at MindShare, Kelly held various positions in media planning at Ogilvy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, working with clients including AIG, IBM, Jaguar Cars, Little Caesars Pizza, and Procter & Gamble. Kelly also worked as a collegiate career counselor at Drew University, assisting undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni with selecting careers, resume and cover letter development, mock interviews, and networking/job search strategies.
Kelly holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Maryland and a M.A. in Counseling from Montclair State University.

Devra Dutton
With nearly 10 years of recruiting experience, Devra Dutton has developed a keen eye for ineffective, poorly written resumes – and how they can be reworked to make them accomplishment-focused and distinctive. Devra uses her expertise to provide career guidance to students and professionals to help them land their dream jobs.
Prior to JobBound, Devra worked in Human Resources at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in Washington, D.C. where she was responsible for all hiring efforts at the largest office of this leading public relations firm. While at Ogilvy, she reviewed more than 8,000 resumes, filled 275 positions, and provided counseling and coaching to more than 300 managers and associates. Devra has also provided recruiting and human resources expertise to a health care research firm and an Internet start-up.
Devra graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in English, and currently lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Lauren Slipkowsky
Lauren Slipkowsky has over 11 years in human resources experience within the manufacturing, hospitality, hotel and non-profit sectors. In the HR department with Hilton Hotels Corporation, Lauren advised 60 managers in a luxury hotel with over 500 employees. While working at Delaware North Companies, Lauren oversaw the recruitment and training process of a staff of over 1,000 employees. Her background includes Recruitment, Employee & Labor Relations and Training, and she also has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Lauren holds a B.A. in Sociology from Smith College and a M.A. in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.
Lauren grew up in New Hampshire but has lived in the Chicago area for over 10 years. She enjoys travel and lived abroad in Italy for a year. In addition, she has completed four Chicago Marathons as a charity fundraiser.

Isis Martinez
Isis Martinez is a human resources and organizational development professional with over 8 years of experience. She has worked in a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) capacity within the consumer product goods, business services, telecom, and non-profit industries as a human resource director, generalist, workplace excellence advocate, and PEO professional. During her tenure, she has read through thousands of resumes including those for the fields of graphic design, law, manufacturing, operations, customer service, marketing, international/domestic sales, human resources, management, and executive level roles. Isis has also served as a job coach volunteer with a Chicago based organization, The Cara Program, to assist the homeless and at-risk populations.
Most recently, she worked for Tampico Beverages were she led the HR function for multinational work force and was responsible for the recruitment and hiring of more than 50% of its present workforce.
Isis holds a BA in both Psychology and Spanish from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX and an MS in Personnel and Human Resource Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL. She also completed her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in December 2006.
Although Isis is a Texan at heart, she has been a resident of Chicago for the last 9 years.

Colleen Barry
Colleen Barry has over fifteen years experience in Human Resources as a Director, Manager, and Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and training. She has worked in many industries including financial services, foreign banking, software, communications, and accounting. She has been responsible for growing firms from a start-up position, campus recruiting efforts, due diligence, acquisitions, management consulting, and interviewing training. Most recently, she was the Global Human Resources Director for IQ Financial Systems.
Colleen received her Masters in HR Management from the New School for Social Research and holds a BA in Vocational Counseling from New York University. She is a lifelong resident of the Metropolitan NY area.
