Prior to starting JobBound, Brad worked for 15 years at Leo Burnett advertising in Chicago – one of the world’s largest advertising agencies. He left in late 2002 as VP/Director of Talent Acquisition. While at Burnett, Brad evaluated more than 10,000 resumes, interviewed more than 1,000 candidates and hired hundreds of new employees. He is both proud and frightened by those figures. As a Recruiting Director, Brad was always amazed by the mistakes that candidates didn’t even know they were making.

Brad travels the country presenting at universities, colleges, and other student gatherings. He’s delivered job search workshops to thousands of students and professionals in more than 30 states. Click here to find our more about Brad’s presentations and workshops.
